I founded Gateway Mortgages back in 2009, starting the business from my own home. Over the years, I have witnessed the transformative power of homeownership, making it my ultimate joy to be part of life-changing experiences for my clients. The rewarding feeling of helping individuals and families achieve their dreams is what motivates me every day. Prior to venturing into the mortgage industry, I had a successful journey at Barclays, where I worked my way up from being a humble cashier to becoming a Premier Manager.
Traveling has always been a passion of mine, as exploring new cultures and places fuels my sense of adventure. Additionally, I find great pleasure in dog walking, as it allows me to unwind in the company of man's best friend while staying active. I also enjoy Pilates, which has become an essential part of my routine, enabling me to maintain a healthy mind and body. An interesting fact about me is that I once had the incredible opportunity to meet the renowned actor Jason Statham in a coffee shop during one of my trips to Cornwall.
In 2021 I started working for Gateway Mortgages and was employed as the receptionist/administrator. Being on reception was great, it meant I could build a relationship with our clients, and I was the first point of contact for all calls and appointments. In December 2022 I was then promoted to the Operations Manager role, which is a completely different role, but a role I thrive in and love. Our industry can sometimes feel fast paced, so my main responsibilities now is, to ensure the right process and practices are in place and generally take care of the staff and the running of the office.
On the weekends I enjoy my time with my husband and 2 children. Mostly taken up with sporting activities but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I also have 2 dogs which I love to take for long country walks. We are huge Chelsea supporters so enjoy watching them and going back to London where I am originally from to watch Chelsea at Stanford bridge.
I joined Gateway in 2012, after having worked in Marketing for various well-known companies for many years. Transitioning to become a Mortgage Adviser has been a rewarding journey for me. Witnessing the joy on my clients' faces when they move into their first, second, or third home, or when they secure funds to improve their lives, brings me immense satisfaction. The excitement of receiving an offer is equally thrilling for me as it is for them. Moreover, I take great pride when clients refer me to their friends and family, as it reaffirms their contentment with my services.
Outside of work, I indulge in my passion for exploration, trying new cuisines at restaurants, enjoying theatre performances, movies, and immersing myself in books and socialising with friends and family. I am married and have 2 older boys, so more time for myself now, meaning I can devote ample moments to the things I love, making every aspect of my life even more fulfilling.
I Joined the team in 2017 but before then I have been in Financial Services for over 35 years working for a well-known high street bank. I thoroughly enjoy being a Mortgage and Protection adviser, and the main perks is making people’s dreams come true! I get just as excited as they do, when an offer is released and know they are nearly achieving their new home, new kitchen, or holiday home dream.
When I am not working, I enjoy reading, keeping fit, going for walks, and socialising with Family and Friends. I am a Wife and Mum of 3 Children – never a quiet moment in the house, but I wouldn’t want it any other way!

With a passion for making people happy and changing lives for the better, I found my purpose in helping individuals and families achieve their dreams of homeownership. When I am not working, you can find me on the golf course with friends, which helps me with unwinding from my work. However, my true happiness lies in spending quality time with my family. Being a dad means the world to me and I strive in making sure my son is provided for. I look forward to the day when he is big enough so I can take him to his first football match.

I have enjoyed the transition to a Mortgage Advisor which gives me the ability to help clients with probably one of the most exciting journeys they will embark on in buying a property. My passion is building long term relationships with my clients, helping them through all stages of their lives, whether that’s buying their first home, second or buying that new dream kitchen. I get real joy from finding the right mortgage solution for whatever the dream is!
When I am not working, I enjoy reading, I have a passion for travelling having recently discovered the freedom and fun of having a Campervan! I love to keep fit with boxing and going for long walks with my dog, both helping me to wind down from life’s madness.
I have been with Gateway since 2019, whereas previously I worked as Dispensing Technician at local pharmacy. I love my role at Gateway Mortgages because not every day is the same and I enjoy working alongside the members of the Gateway team. At Gateway Mortgages my job role is a Case Manager, but I am also Gateway Mortgages Will and Estate Planner. I take pride in my client relations and always enjoy a chat with our clients.
After work I always relax, come rain, or shine in my hot tub and on the weekends, I love spending time with my family and hosting BBQ’s and parties. If you were to ask me what interesting fact I have about myself, it would be that I hold a CPC certificate to operate a haulage company.
I have been with Gateway Mortgages since 2019 when I started work as an apprentice. During this time, I was working towards my business administration qualification. After passing with a distinction, I was employed permanently with Gateway Mortgages for the role of a Case Manager. I enjoy my role and the complexity each day can bring and take pride in ensuring every case is completed smoothly and swiftly.
When I am not working, I spend my weekends playing football and watching my team, Liverpool FC. I also enjoy going on holiday with my friends and over the past couple of years I have been to Magaluf, Prague, Zante, Tenerife, and Budapest. I would say Budapest was my favourite because it had a variety of different activities during the day and the nightlife was brilliant.
